Q: How does The Pinkerton Promise work?

A: With Red Man, it’s fresh or your money back. John W. Pinkerton launched Red Man to deliver the world’s freshest, most satisfying chew. His commitment to quality remains our promise. If you find a pouch of Red Man Chew that doesn't live up to our high standard of freshness, we'll send you a check for its cost. File a Claim here.

 

Q: How do I get my check?

A: Follow these easy steps.

  1. Answer a few questions here.
  2. We'll use your responses to make a refund submission.
  3. Print your refund certificate.
  4. Mail it back to the address indicated with a photo copy of your driver’s license, your 6-digit code, the pouch UPC and retailer receipt (if you have one).
  5. We'll mail you a check in 6-8 weeks.

 

Q: What do I need to mail Red Man to get my check?

A: Mail your Red Man pouch UPC, your receipt from when you purchased the pouch (if you have one) with the purchase price circled and the refund submission you printed, along with a photocopy of your driver’s license after answering the questions.

 

Q: What do I mail it in?

A: Your pouch UPC, receipt (if you have one) and refund submission, along with a photocopy of your driver’s license must be mailed in an envelope with sufficient postage affixed.

 

Q: Where do I send it?

A: Mail your refund submission, along with a photocopy of your driver’s license, your pouch UPC and receipt (if you have one) with the purchase price circled to the following address:

Q: What if I can't print my certificate?

A: Contact Pinkerton Tobacco Co. L.P. at 270-685-8777 to have one mailed to you. Simply follow the instructions listed on the certificate.

 

Q: How much do I get back?

A: Yes. But the amount you receive will be determined by the average pouch cost in the state purchased.

 

Q: I lost my receipt? Can I still get a refund?

A: Yes. But the amount you receive will be determined by the average can cost in the state purchased.

 

Q: How many refunds may I request?

A: Limit one refund submisson per house address. See terms and conditions here.

Q: I forgot my password. What should I do?

A: No problem. Just follow these simple steps and we'll email you a link to reset your password.

  1. Go to the Forgot Password page. 
  2. Enter your email address and hit SUMBIT
  3. Check your inbox. You shoud have an email from us with a link to reset your password. 

 

Q: I have entered my log-in information and cannot get into the site. What should I do?

A: After you tried logging in, you should receive a message telling you whether your email address or password has been entered incorrectly. If you have forgotten your password, then click the Forgot Password.

 

Q: Where can I go if I'm still having trouble logging in to my account?

A: Please provide us details of your issue via the Contact Us link at the bottom of the home page.

 

Q: My age can't be verified. What can I do?

A: Please ensure all the information submitted during registration is correct. If you still have issues, you can print this PDF and follow the detailed instructions.

 

Q: I'm having some problems seeing certain images and reading the messages on this site. What is causing this issue?

A: If some of the images are not appearing on the site, please view the site in one of the following browsers that it supports:

Q: May I opt out of receiving emails in the future?

A: Sure thing. There are a few different ways to opt out:

  1. Visit the My Account page, then click on COMMUNICATION PREFERENCES tab and select "No" under the email section. Then click SUBMIT.
  2. Email us at info@smna.com. It may take up to 10 business days to process your request.

A: Yes. Every Red Man Memory was submitted by an actual Red Man consumer.

 

Q: How long does my Red Man Memory have to be?

A: Not long. Every Red Man Memory can be up to 450 characters maximum.

 

Q: Are there any restrictions on what I can post in the Red Man Memories gallery?
