A: At Red Man, freshness matters. If you find a can that doesn't live up to our standard of freshness, we'll send you a check for its cost.
Q: How do I get my check?
A: Follow these easy steps.
1. Answer a few questions here
2. We'll use your responses to make a certificate
3. Print your certificate
4. Mail it back with your lid and receipt (if you have one)
5. We'll mail you a check in 6-8 weeks
Q: What do I need to mail Red Man to get my check?
A: Mail your Red Man Moist Snuff lid, your receipt from when you purchased the can (if you have one) with the purchase price circled and the certificate you printed after answering these questions.
Q: What do I mail it in?
A: Your lid, receipt (if you have one) and certificate must be mailed in a small box or a padded envelope (available at your local post office) with sufficient postage. Do not mail your lid in regular letter-style envelope.
Q: Where do I send it?
A:Mail your certificate, your lid and receipt (if you have one) with the purchase price circled to the following address:

Q: What if I can't print my certificate?
A: Contact Pinkerton Tobacco Co. L.P. at 270-685-8777 to have one mailed to you. Simply follow the instructions listed on the certificate.
Q: How much do I get back?
A: We'll pay you for the cost of your can shown on your receipt. Please help us by circling the price you paid for your can before mailing your receipt.
Q: I lost my receipt? Can I still get a refund?
A: Yes. But the amount you receive will be determined by the average can cost in the state purchased.

Q: How long will The Red Man Moist Snuff Always Fresh Sweepstakes be offered and who is eligible to participate?
A: The Red Man Moist Snuff Always Fresh Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on February 01, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. ET on September 29, 2011 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Open to legal residents of, and currently residing in, the contiguous 48 U.S. and D.C. (excluding residents of VA, MA & MI), who are tobacco consumers, 19 & older (21 & older in MS).

Q: Is there a limit on how many times I can enter to win each Monthly Prize?
A: Yes. You can enter one time per day, for the duration of the sweepstakes.
Q: Is the prize I see on the web site the exact prize I could win?
A: The prize depicted in any advertising materials (including this web site) may be different, including accessories shown, from the prize awarded.
Q: How will each Monthly Prize winner be selected?
A: There will be one Monthly Prize winner selected in a random drawing on or about 10 business days after the end date of each month from among all eligible entries received by the end of each month.
Q: I've changed addresses since I registered; how do I update my information?
A: You can update your account. Go to your user profile. Your current address is listed along with instructions to update the information. Please follow the prompts and save your updated address. All prizes will be mailed to the updated address listed in the user profile section. If you have a P.O. box, it is important to include a physical address so that any prizes are sent to the correct place.
Q: How do I find out if I've won a Red Man Moist Snuff Always Fresh Sweepstakes Monthly Prize?
A: Potential Monthly Prize winner will be notified by mail and/or e-mail after the drawing, and will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within ten (10) days of notification attempt.
